DrywallWhen the dry wall workers begin their job, leave. Go on to do other things. You do not want to be looking over their shoulders. Plan on not much else being done on the house for at least a week.Stop by the job a couple times each day to make sure there is a crew working on your job every day. Notify the crew on about the second day that it is pizza day the next day. You will being the pizza and soda at noon.Make sure they know to remove excess dry wall from the jobsite as part of your contract.Aside from these notes, be prepared to notice a big wonderful difference when they are done.
