Construction Clean

Before work gets going on the structure, it may be a good time to have the house cleaned by a cleaning service. There may be aspects of the house which do not need to be replaced or even repainted. If a good cleaning will make the house look good, then that is all that should be done.

For example, a window may look in need of replacement for esthetic reasons. Yet after a good cleaning, it may look great. Of course if it does not operate properly, no amount of cleaning will help you avoid replacement.

Kitchen cabinets and vanities may fit this same plan. Clean them up to see if they need to be replaced. Keep in mind that the desired effect of flipping is to sell the house, not move in.
