These need to be installed before the plumbing trim work. They need to be ordered well in advance. If you have to pay for them in advance to get them to the supply house, OK. You are going to buy them anyway. What does it matter when you pay for them?

But you will need them when you will need them. Do not order them to be delivered until the installers will be there to help unload them, check them off the order, and install them.

Cabinets need to be installed before counter tops are measured. So coordinate with the counter top company so they will know when to come out for measurements and to make a template, if that is their process.

Vanities in bathrooms where tile or vinyl flooring is to be installed will finish better if the flooring is laid under where the vanities will go. So coordinate with the tile or vinyl company to be there in advance of the vanities being installed.
