AppliancesAppliances are the last items to be delivered to a job site. They have a tendency to walk away at night if not fastened in place. Order the appliances only after the building can be made secure and has security elements like motion detectors in place.If you are ordering unusual sizes, colors or types, you may need to place the order months in advance. Pay for the items in advance and ask the appliance salesman to hold the appliance package until you release it for delivery. If appliances are delivered prematurely, just send them back. You may be hit with an extra delivery charge but that is better than having all the appliances taken away in the night.
