AC RoughHeating and air conditioning are pretty much needed and expected to be in every home these days. In the flip process, contact the heating and air conditioning contractor to come to work when the plumber is finished. These two trades usually do not need an overlap. The heating and air conditioning contractor may need to do some attic work and some crawl space work.New ducting will be needed in most cases. This could involve some wall surface rework. Holes may be cut here or there as needed.
