Tentative Contractor ScheduleWhen the offer to purchase is accepted, and you are waiting for the closing, it is time to notify the contractors which you have identified that they will be needed at a specific time in the future. Give them a copy of the timeline. Highlight when they are to be on the job and what they are to accomplish by what deadline. All contractors like to know well in advance about scheduling. This effort to inform them in advance will be appreciated.The job will go much smoother if you keep everyone informed.
