Telephone Wiring

If you have an electrician on the job, be sure he adds telephone lines to every room in the house to include the laundry room, bathrooms, garage, and basement. The cost for this work is minimal. But being able to pint out that there are fifteen telephone outlets in the house will satisfy anyone. Be sure that a three pair twisted line cable is used. Or even six pair line. The cost of the material is in the cents per foot. The amount of labor is no different to run six line or two line. If possible, make sure all the lines are run in a home run fashion from some one central point in the garage, usually, to each telephone outlet. This is the same for cable TV home runs. One wire to each television outlet back to a central point in the garage.

Every house can not be flipped by every person for a profit every time.
