Storage ShedA sturdy storage shed is a wonderful feature to leave at a flip house. If the storage shed needs to be painted, paint it. If it needs a re roofing, do that. But if the structure is rotten at all, then haul it away. Chop it up and put it in the dumpster. Or put a sign on it that anyone can have it free for the haul away.Storage sheds are pre built in many configurations. The cost is not that great. So if a buyer wants a storage shed, they will appreciate the fact that you did not pick the type for them and add the cost to the price of the house. Let them pick out what they want, and let them pay for it.Every house can not be flipped by every person for a profit every time.
