Sidewalks

There should be a sidewalk from the street to the front door along the driveway if that is the arrangement. There should be a sidewalk from the back door to the garage if that iws the arrangement. No excuses.

This level of sidewalks is not difficult to have done. The cost will be a sensible addition to the flip price. Patio stones are great for a walkway out to a garden area but they are not suitable for a sidewalk at the front or back of your flip. Since the most difficult part of getting sidewalks installed is just getting someone who will do the work, why not go ahead with the driveway and a patio all at the same time. Avoid textured walkways. Avoid staining the concrete. The added expense will not come back to you.
