You may be able to visit the plumbing supply house to see examples. If the fixtures seem a lesser grade, then an upgrade to the next level will be a good investment. Avoid top of the line since this price level can break the bank of a flip.Stainless steel is all the rage. For a kitchen skink, stainless is great. Avoid colorful sink colors like yellow or red.
Every house can not be flipped by every person for a profit every time.
