Intercom MusicThis feature was common in the 1970's when there were no wireless speakers available. Now days, if you want surround sound or any other audio or video systems, there are wireless alternatives. And as far as the intercom is concerned, no one needs this since everyone had a cell phone or walkie talkie these days. If there is a sound system installed in a house you buy, find a few chunks of drywall to fill in the holes when you rip out the speakers and central unit. Do not even think of repairing a system like this. No one expects thee to be an intercom in a modern home.The cost of maintenance for s system like this is huge due to power surges. No, stay away from intercom systems.Nothing more to add on this.Every house can not be flipped by every person for a profit every time.
