Heat Lamps

Bathrooms seem more user friendly if there is a heat lamp in the ceiling. The unit you install can be a single lamp or a double lamp. The purpose of this appliance is to warm the floor while a person is taking a shower or bath on a cold morning. The effect of pointing out heat lamps in a flip to a prospective buyer is to let them think you have tried to think of extras which will make the house more comfortable. If there is no ceiling demolition planned for a bathroom, this addition may be costly. But if thee is an attic above, the cost will not involve ceiling repair since the work can be done from above.

Note that heat lamps are an effective way to heat a bathroom if the central heating system is not running. The cost to run a heat lamp for the time that it is needed is quite small.

Every house can not be flipped by every person for a profit every time.
