Bathroom Vanities

Each bathroom obviously needs a sink. Many bathroom arrangements leave little room for a vanity. Instead, there is a pedestal sink installed which takes up less room. The bathroom seems larger as a result. But for purposes of a flip, a vanity should be installed where ever possible. The reason? Counter space is seen as a desirable aspect of a bathroom. A vanity will have just that: counter space. A pedestal sink will not have counter space.

Vanities can be wall hung or rest on the floor for support. If\If an existing house has vanities, chances are they will need to be replaced. Nothing sells a house like new stuff. A bathroom vanity can be a very low priced selling feature. Everyone likes new stuff. This is one area where the removal of the old and installation of the new will be well worth the money spent. This means a new sink and faucets as well. Go for it.

Every house can not be flipped by every person for a profit every time.
